Class Details

Each exhilarating session for our Messy Play Explorers lasts approximately 60 minutes, providing ample time for joyful, unbounded tactile discovery. To ensure your comfort and your little one’s freedom, please remember to bring a change of clothes for your child (and perhaps yourself!), a small towel, a bottle or snack if needed, and comfortable clothing for yourself that you don’t mind getting messy. During our time together, we will delight in hands-on sensory exploration, fostering creativity, and encouraging problem-solving through a wide array of safe, stimulating materials. We will focus on these key areas:

Tactile Texture Stations

Large tubs or trays filled with diverse, safe textures like cooked pasta, coloured rice, or natural elements for hands-on squishing, scooping, and exploring.

Edible Artistry

Creative mark-making using safe, edible paints (like yoghurt) on large surfaces, encouraging self-expression and sensory engagement without worry.

Gloop & Goo Fun

Engaging with wonderfully tactile, squishy materials like cornflour gloop or jelly, stimulating fine motor skills and sensory integration through messy play.

Water & Bubble Play

Splashing, pouring, and exploring the properties of water and bubbles in shallow trays, promoting cause-and-effect understanding and joyful sensory interaction.

  3. Supervision:
    I understand that I am responsible for the supervision and care of my baby at all times during the class.
  4. Messy Play & Sensory Materials:
    I acknowledge that messy play and sensory activities may involve materials such as food, paint, water, and other child-safe items. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring my baby’s safety during these activities.
  5. Indemnity Clause:
    I agree that Bambi Steps, its owners, staff, facilitators, or representatives will not be held liable or responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to property or person (including my baby and myself) that may occur during participation in any class or activity, including traveling to or from the venue.
  6. Physical Movement or Exercise Disclaimer:
    I understand that some classes may involve gentle movement, stretching, or physical exercises with babies. I acknowledge that all exercises are optional and should be done only if I believe they are safe and suitable for my baby. I agree that Bambi Steps will not be held responsible for any injury to myself or my baby resulting from participation in these activities.
  7. Personal Belongings:
    I understand that Bambi Steps is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during sessions.
